Electricity North West are sorry that you’re experiencing a power cut due to Storm Arwen.
Due to the damage caused and repairs required to the network some customers will be without power over night, we estimate most supplies will be restored by 16.00pm (28/11).
We know it’s going to be a cold evening so if you can stay with friends or family who have power we recommend you do so to keep safe and warm. Please keep updated via ENW’s website and social channels.
We are currently contacting all priority services register customers who are medically dependant, if you have not been contacted please contact us via RVR or our social media channels.
You can call 105 to speak to an agent, please only call if you are medically dependant so we can manage the call volumes and prioritise support where it is most needed.
