Councillor Sue Smith, cabinet member for communities and co-operation at Rochdale Borough Council, added: “It’s brilliant to see Street Eat return during our year as Greater Manchester Town of Culture. Events like this bring people together, support our local traders, and show just how much Rochdale has to offer.”
