A group of Year 11 students from Whitworth Community High School made a memorable entrance to their prom by arriving in a bright pink party bus.
The Year 11 prom at Bella Vista in Milnrow on Thursday 26 June saw 95 students celebrate the end of their secondary school journey with style and flair.
Sixteen male students opted for a vibrant pink party bus, making a dramatic and playful statement as they arrived at the venue. Other students turned up in equally eye-catching fashion, with arrivals including a motorbike and three large wagons, drawing plenty of attention from onlookers and fellow prom-goers.
The event crowned Poppie-Rae Downes as Prom Queen and Dec Nutall as Prom King.
Students enjoyed a packed evening of celebration. They danced, posed for portraits, and treated themselves to sweet treats from Dave’s Valley Ices. Many described the event as an unforgettable night with friends and classmates.
