The Labour Councillor for North Heywood, Councillor Peter Rush has sadly passed away.
Cllr Peter Rush was also the Chair of the Charitable Trustee Committee and played a role with Rochdale Hornets for many years.
Peter was a very prominent figure within the Heywood Town.
Our thoughts are with Peter's wife Monica, step-daughter Georgina, sons Andrew, Kevan, Michael along with his daughter Anne. We also extend our thoughts and prayers to his entire family and many friends at this time.
