Bar staff are being hired to work at the long awaited Oasis reunion concerts at Heaton Park with organisers promising an unforgettable experience and the chance to be part of a major moment in music history.
The events, which are tipped to be among the biggest Manchester has seen in years, will bring huge crowds to the park where Oasis last performed a three-night run in 2009.
Recruiters are looking for people who are reliable, hard-working, and up for a laugh. Bar experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and available for most, if not all, of the concert dates.
The role pays £12.60 an hour and could lead to more event work in the North West throughout 2025 such as just down the motorway at Creamfields Festival, in Warrington.
Successful applicants will be expected to work as part of a fast-moving team serving drinks to thousands of concertgoers. The online application process means staff won’t meet the employer until the day of the event.
The organisers say it’s a rare chance to be right at the centre of a major live music event – and get paid for it.
Many locals will already be familiar with the job post which has been widely shared across Facebook groups in Middleton and Manchester.
