Popular womenswear brand Vanilla is to open a new store at The Rock Shopping Centre later this month.
The London-based retailer will take on a 2,939 sq ft unit at the shopping destination and the new store will be home to the brand’s Blue Vanilla and Pink Vanilla labels.
Blue Vanilla offers outfits for a variety of occasions with everything from casual day looks to glamourous dresses and Pink Vanilla targets a younger audience aged 14 to 24, with fashion items inspired by street style, social media and pop culture.
The store will create 11 new jobs in the town and will open in the former Infinities unit on Central Street on Friday 24th February.
Michelle Burns, head of retail stores at Vanilla, said: “We have been very selective when searching locations for our first Vanilla store in the North West of England and The Rock Shopping Centre in Bury is the perfect location with its impressive selection of retail stores.”
Arnold Wilcox-Wood, Centre Director at The Rock, added: “Vanilla is the latest in a line-up of popular brands to join The Rock and we’re thrilled to welcome them to the centre. We know that Vanilla is very popular and we’re sure it’ll be a big hit with our visitors.
“It’s another fashion brand to add to our centre and strengthens our womenswear offering. We wish the team every success in Bury.”
The shopping and leisure destination has recently welcomed Blue Inc, Tessuti, Bob & Berts and Legacy Pets to its tenant mix.
