A BMW failed to stop for police on Rochdale Road East, Heywood, at about 11:45pm on Sunday 20 March 2022.
A short pursuit took place and the BMW crashed into a building on Rochdale Road East.
Two men - aged 27 and 18 - were treated at the scene by police officers and then by paramedics. Both males are in a serious condition in hospital.
The incident has been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
