A Tottington pub is set to open later this month following large scale refurbishment.
The Lamb, located on Tottington Road will officially reopen its doors on Thursday 22nd August.
The pub closed earlier this year after the passing of its long-time landlord, Roger Elliott who served the community for a decade.
In honour of Roger’s legacy, The Lamb has chosen Bury Hospice as its official charity and invites the local community to suggest ways to keep Roger’s memory alive whilst fundraising for the Hospice.
John & Louise Liotti are looking forward to welcoming customers old & new as they take the reins as the new landlords and it will be a family affair as their older children help them out with the day to day running of the venture.
Louise expressed her enthusiasm for the new venture.
"We’re excited to meet everyone and hope they are as pleased as we are with the work & renovations that have been recently carried out at The Lamb giving it a fresh new look."

Featuring all major sports broadcasts, occasional live music performances, the return of its traditional bi-weekly quiz hosted by resident quizmaster Luis McBriar and the desire to reintroduce both pool and darts teams.
Providing opportunities for the community to enjoy the selection of beers, wines, spirits and hot & cold soft drinks both indoors and in the newly refurbished outdoor areas.
Lesley Snape, who has worked at The Lamb for 33 years, is eager to return to her role behind the bar
"I’m excited to get back to what I enjoy most - serving customers."
Cosalea Café Bars & Caterers will collaborate with John and Louise in a joint venture ensuring the pub’s success with a strong focus on community engagement. Together they aim to make The Lamb a community hub where locals can gather and enjoy an atmosphere that welcomes everyone.
