Mill Gate shopping centre has won the Diamond Award at the Loo of the Year Awards, alongside three special honours for environmental standards, period dignity and technical excellence.
The Bury centre said it is the seventh year it has been recognised by the awards scheme and the second time it has achieved Diamond status.
The Diamond Award is the highest grading in the Loo of the Year Awards and recognises standards in cleanliness, design and management.
Alongside the top award, Mill Gate also received Eco Toilet of the Year, Period Dignity Award and Washroom Technician of the Year.
The centre said the latest success reflects continued work to maintain high standards across its visitor facilities and support an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Angela Tierney, Centre Manager, said, “We are absolutely delighted to receive Diamond status for the second time and to be recognised across multiple categories once again.
“Winning a Loo of the Year Award for the seventh year is something we are incredibly proud of. These awards are a testament to the hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail shown every day by our cleaning and facilities teams. Their dedication ensures that every visitor enjoys the highest standards whenever they visit.”
