A man has been charged in connection with two incidents of indecent exposure in the Heywood area.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed that Ivy Costa, aged 28, of Marlborough Street, Heywood, has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure. The charges relate to incidents reported during the early morning hours of Sunday 31 March and Friday 5 April 2025.
Costa appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday morning (12 April 2025), where he was granted bail. He is due to appear again at Tameside Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 17 June 2025.
The defendant has been placed under strict bail conditions, including a curfew and the use of an electronic monitoring device.
A GMP spokesperson said the investigation remains ongoing and urged anyone with information to come forward.
