A YouTuber who bought a bag at a Greenmount jumble sale has appealed for its original owner to come forward after discovering an unexpected adult item left inside.
Nathan, who runs the YouTube resale channel flies_round_sugar_resell, attended the jumble sale on 7 February. He regularly visits car boot sales and community events to buy items which he later resells online.
Among his purchases was a waterproof ORTLIEB messenger bag. After returning home and checking its contents, he found a glittery feather boa and an adult sex toy inside.
Speaking to Roch Valley Radio, Nathan said his reaction quickly changed once he realised what he had picked up.

“When I found it, I was initially grossed out because I’d touched it,” he said. “But that quickly turned to humour cos I thought it was quite naughty and quite funny.”
He stressed there was no judgement towards the person who donated the bag.
“Haha I wouldn't say it's important but i'd probs want my fave toy back if i'd gave it away by mistake. No judgement from me haha,” he added when asked why he was trying to reunite the items with their owner.
Nathan said he would like to keep the bag but return the personal items if the donor comes forward.
Asked what he would say to the person if they did get in touch, he said: “Good luck and always play it safe 🙂”
He also believes people often forget to properly check donations before handing them over.
“Yes! Over the years i've found all sorts from dirty socks, house keys and plenty of money,” he said.
The jumble sale took place in Greenmount on 7 February. Anyone who believes the items may belong to them can contact Nathan through his YouTube channel.
