Tickets are now on sale to see television presenter and Gastronaut Stefan Gates at Number One Riverside in Rochdale.
Part of the Gaia events programme, he will be presenting his ‘Gastronaut Extreme – The Extraordinary Edible Science Show’ on Saturday 27 November. Billed as a family show like no other, expect vortex cannons, explosions, glowing drinks, edible chemical reactions and colour-changing cocktails in an hilarious and educational experience. Stefan will take you on an unforgettable, explosive edible adventure exploring the bizzare science behind our food.
Stefan has presented over 20 television series including the acclaimed CBBC series Incredible Edibles and Gastronuts.
Suitable for children aged 5 and over, there are two shows at Number One Riverside, 11am and 1pm. Tickets are £5 and must be booked in advance at www.rochdale.gov.uk/gaia
During your visit you’ll be able to see Gaia - the stunning replica of planet Earth. Artist Luke Jerram’s internationally renowned installation will see the huge work of art depicting the Earth exhibited at Number One Riverside from Saturday 20 November until Christmas Eve.
