10 Minutes to Happiness talks with author Dr Sandi Mann

Let’s do it! Join author and psychologist Dr Sandi Mann as she takes you through the steps to happiness during the Every Mind Matters campaign.

Dr Mann is a senior university lecturer, chair and co-founder of the Jewish Action for Mental Health charity in Greater Manchester and a practitioner.

She will be talking about a therapeutic self-help programme based on a six-step formula designed to lift mood and improve mental health. The aim is to focus on the positive aspects of life rather than the negative in order to improve food and feel happier.

Dr Mann is giving free talks at two local libraries as follows:
