Over 200 people from across the Rochdale borough gathered at Rochdale Town Hall on Tuesday evening for a community event hosted by the Ogden family.
The celebration, held in the Great Hall, recognised ongoing work in the borough and aimed to build new partnerships to help shape Rochdale’s future through an initiative titled For Generations To Come.
Sir Peter and Lady Ogden were joined by their children Cameron, Tiffany and Edward, who are also majority shareholders in Rochdale AFC. The event was also attended by members of Rochdale Council, community leaders, fellow directors and senior staff from the football club.
Head coach Jimmy McNulty, club captain Ethan Ebanks-Landell, and long-serving player Ian Henderson were also present.
The evening included a drinks reception and dinner, with performances from local artists and speeches by key figures, including the leader of Rochdale Borough Council and Cameron Ogden, who serves as co-chair of Rochdale AFC.
A short film was premiered during the evening. Produced by AML Group and the production company The Attic, the film presented the Ogden family's vision for the future of the football club, Rochdale AFC Community Trust, and the newly formed Dale Futures.
The event aimed to highlight the family’s involvement across these areas and to promote future collaboration linked to community development.
