Rochdale AFC have confirmed that their Vanarama National League Eliminator Playoff match will take place at the Crown Oil Arena on Thursday 15 May, with kick-off scheduled for 7.45pm.
While their opponents will only be confirmed after the regular season concludes on Bank Holiday Monday 5 May, ticketing details for the fixture have already been released.
Season Card holders have priority access to secure their existing seats, with the window now open and set to close at midday on Tuesday 6 May. After this time, tickets will go on general sale.
Supporters can buy tickets online 24/7 via the club’s existing ticketing platform, Future Ticketing. E-tickets can be downloaded and scanned directly at the turnstiles on matchday. Fans may also purchase tickets in person at the Ticket Office or over the phone on 01706 644648. However, the Ticket Office will close at 5pm on Friday 2 May for the Bank Holiday weekend and reopen on Tuesday 6 May at 9am.
Despite moving to a new ticketing provider, Fanbase, for the 2024/25 season, the club confirmed that tickets for this playoff fixture will remain with Future Ticketing due to existing contractual obligations. The club has apologised for any inconvenience this may cause, noting that feedback to Fanbase has otherwise been positive.
Season Card holders purchasing online must enter the number next to the barcode on their 2024/25 card to access their reserved seat and any linked accounts. Unwanted seats can be removed prior to checkout.
Standard matchday pricing applies due to league rules, despite the club expressing a preference to reduce ticket costs, as they had for earlier FA Trophy matches. Prices can be viewed on the club’s website.
Home fans will have access to all regular home stands, while visiting supporters will be situated in the central blocks of the Willbutts Lane Stand, which has been allocated 15% of the stadium’s capacity—approximately 1,500 tickets.
The Ratcliffe Bar will open from 5pm on matchday, with food provided by Scratch Catering’s BBQ kiosk outside.
Hospitality packages are available at £60, which include a welcome drink, a three-course meal, and a Q&A session with former Dale manager Keith Hill. Lounge Passes, priced at £5, can be purchased alongside tickets for the David Kilpatrick Main Stand. These provide access to the AK Lettings Bar, which will feature a pizza station.
