Voters in Gorton and Denton have a growing list of candidates to choose from as the constituency prepares to elect a new Member of Parliament later this month.
The parliamentary by election takes place on Thursday 26th February following the resignation of MP Andrew Gwynne, who stood down on medical grounds.
Several parties have now announced their candidates, with more expected to be confirmed ahead of the close of nominations.
The list below is correct at the time of writing and is ordered alphabetically by surname.
