Serving Greater Manchester Police Officer charged with Rape and False Imprisonment

On Tuesday 28 February 2023, a 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of rape and was taken into custody for further questioning.

On Thursday 2 March 2023, Christopher Henderson (27/07/1982) who was posted to GMP’s City of Manchester district, has been charged with the following offences:

4x counts of Rape
False Imprisonment

He will attend Manchester and Salford Magistrates court on Friday 3 March 2023.
