Four men have been charged in connection with an investigation into the death of Jack Barnes in 2016.
Stephen Rowlands (30/05/56), of Wearish Lane, Bolton, Brian Gartside (08/07/64), of Lime Grove, Bury, Matthew Sellers (06/03/94), of Heathfield Road, Bury, and Paul Fogarty (16/07/73), of Monks Lane, Bolton, have each been charged with a count of unlawful act manslaughter.
Rowlands has been additionally charged with one count of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
They are next due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court on 4 January 2024.
