Baroness Karren Brady has stepped down as vice-chair of West Ham United, the football club has announced.
The 67-year-old, best known outside the club as an adviser to Lord Alan Sugar on the BBC's The Apprentice, has been in post for 16 years.
During her time at the club, West Ham completed their controversial move from Upton Park to the London Stadium, built as the flagship venue for the 2012 Olympic Games, and won the Europa Conference League in 2023.
Baroness Brady leaves with West Ham in a relegation-battling 17th place in the Premier League, two points above Tottenham Hotspur after a draw with Crystal Palace on Monday night.
In a statement on West Ham's website, the outgoing executive said it had been "a privilege to work alongside the board, management, players, staff and supporters.
"Together we have achieved remarkable milestones, but the highlight for me will always be lifting the UEFA Europa Conference League trophy - a moment that will stay with me forever", she added.
"I am deeply grateful for the relationships, challenges and opportunities that have shaped my time at the club."
She then said: "While this chapter closes, my passion for football and commitment to supporting the next generation of leaders remains undiminished.
"I wish West Ham United every success for the future and look forward to following their continued achievements with pride."
West Ham said that Baroness Brady "will continue to focus on her broader business interests, including non-executive roles, contributions in the House of Lords, mentoring and leadership initiatives, as well as continuing her longstanding role on television series The Apprentice" after leaving the club.

Joint chair Daniel Kretinsky thanked Baroness Brady for "her contribution to West Ham United's growth", which he said "has been absolutely essential and not always fully appreciated".
Chairman David Sullivan called her "an exceptional leader and a key figure in the club's development over the years".
