Rochdale Hornets' wheelchair team have won the Betfred Wheelchair Championship Grand Final after beating North Wales Crusaders 42-22.
The victory at Belle Vue Leisure Centre on Sunday means Hornets end the season with the Grand Final trophy and League Leaders' Shield.
Tom Graves opened the scoring for Hornets before Kyran Holt and Callum Young both scored two tries.
Wes Groot also scored twice and added 14 points from the tee.
Hornets led 36-6 at half-time before North Wales reduced the deficit to 14 points in the second half.
A late try and conversion from Groot completed the 42-22 victory.
Head coach Pete Hird said: "We capped off our season in style yesterday, delivering a composed, ruthless Grand Final performance to secure the title.

The Grand Final win completes a season in which Hornets also secured the League Leaders' Shield.
