Sharp Cross & Mann Solicitors has strengthened its corporate and commercial team with the appointment of experienced solicitor Hamza Tahir.
Hamza joins the Heywood-based firm after seven years at AST Hampsons, where he specialised in commercial law. His expertise spans commercial property, corporate acquisitions, shareholder agreements, business management and restructuring, and business sales.
At Sharp Cross & Mann, Hamza will work closely alongside partner Ian Mann to further develop the firm’s corporate and commercial offering, supporting the firm's long-term goal of providing a complete wraparound service that addresses both the business and personal needs of clients.
