Hospital Radio

The beds on the wards in Fairfield General Hospital have a TV, radio, and telephone system provided by Hospedia.

Hospital Radio is free to listen to, and Roch Valley Radio Hospital Radio is available on channel 1. If you are outside the hospital, you can listen to what we broadcast to patients by tuning into Roch Valley Radio Xtra.

Patients can request their favourite piece of music by using the Hospedia phone and dialling *800 - the call is free. Family and friends are welcome to call the hospital radio if they wish to dedicate a request for a patient by simply telephoning 0161 764 9200.

Family and friends anywhere in the world can send a message to a patient by emailing studio@rochvalleyradio.com

You can also listen to Roch Valley Radio's Hospital Radio via Alexa, just say, Alexa, play Roch Valley Radio and then ask her to play Xtra when she asks you which Roch Valley Radio station you would like to hear.
